ARE INSTALLATION AND BREAKDOWN INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE?

Yes, our services include draping installation and breakdown. The event ceiling draping should be the first thing to set-up at any event space, so it is important to note that our team must be able to come into the venue first to install the chiffon properly. Depending on the height of the room, we may use a standard size ladder or a hydraulic lift to reach the ceiling.

Also, depending on the draping design, the installation process may take two to five hours. At the end of your celebration, our team comes back into the venue to remove the drapes, and that only takes half the time it takes to install it. Connect with us today to book your date!

HOW BIG IS THE W DRAPING TEAM?

We are just three people! Ernesto, our leader, and owner launched the business in 2006. His background in designing interiors for commercial and residential clients has been an influence on the draping design services we offer today. His wife Jenny has an eye for design too. With skills ranging from painting and sculpture to interior design and fashion merchandising, Jenny is the one in charge of making all of your custom draping orders—measuring, cutting, and sewing the material for your event—all handcrafted and made-to-size.

Lynn, their daughter, has been part of the business since the very beginning. With a degree in Design from SMFA @ Tufts, Lynn is in charge of branding and communications for W Draping, ensuring that we deliver the best service and experience to every single client.

WHAT AREAS OF FLORIDA DO YOU COVER?

Based in Orlando, Florida, we cover all of Central Florida. All consultations are free of charge within a 25-mile-radius from zip code 32836. Beyond that area, draping consultations begin at $100—an amount that is then deducted from the total cost of your event decor if you choose to book our services.
