You can contact us for quotes and consultations as far in advance as you prefer, but not closer than two weeks prior your scheduled event because we might be booked. We also need to make sure to have enough material inventory available for your request. That's whay recommend you to contact us anywhere from six to three months in advance to secure your event draping installation date, and avoid installation conflicts.

Since we specialized in Custom Ceiling Draping and Wedding Chiffon, and every event is in a different venue, it is very difficult for us to establish a flat rate for all our creative services. To receive an accurate quote of custom ceiling treatments, chiffon backdrops or wedding and event design, contact us with your event details and set up an appointment with one of our designers. That way we will be able to learn more about you and your event, and give you pricing accordingly.
What geographical areas does W Drapings Florida offer ceiling draping, wedding chiffon and event design?
Our company is based in Orlando, Florida. We offer draping design services to all of Central Florida including: Mailtand, Apopka, Mount Dora, Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, and more. We also serve the Tampa Bay surrounding areas, and are begining to offer custom ceiling drapings and chiffon decorations in Houston, Texas. We can definately travel to any city you choose to decor your special event. All consultations are free of charge within a 25-mile-radius from Orlando, Florida. Beyond that area, consultations begin at $50 and are deducted from the total cost of your event decor if you choose to book our services.
Besides ceiling drapings and wedding chiffon decorations, what other services do you offer to your clients?
We are able to provide our clients with special consultation and fabrication of custom designed table arrangements. We also have a selection of decorative crystal chandeliers and paper lanterns, all of which are available for rent to enhance the atmosphere of your event. Special garlands and strings of crystal beads are available as well, to combine with ceiling treatments and custom chiffon backdrops.
